As mentioned last week, we have joined forces with Identity Management to bring Orange County the best artists possible every Thursday night at none other than Sutra in beautiful Newport Beach. This week is no exception to the entertainment as we bring you Dutch trance duo, Willen van Hanegem and Wardt van der Harst, better known as W & W. The two met at Trance Energy 2007 and decided to fuse their artistic selves together to create some of the best trance productions out there today, and this was confirmed with their first release, “Mustang” that galvanized crowds all around the world. The two also have The Mainstage Radio Show, a regular standing fixture for trance enthusiasts listening schedule. They have travelled all around the world, played for massives and intimate clubs, and this Thursday will for sure be a special performance.

Orange County, you are in for one hell of a treat! INTO THE AM is throwing our own party at the Observatory with none other than the geniuses behind the breakout remix of Kid Cudi’s “Day N’ Nite,” Crookers. Originally formed as a duo between Francesco "Phra" Barbaglia and Andrea "Bot" Fratangelo in 2003, but currently the project is riding solo on Phra to carry out the Crookers name alone. Initially remixing tracks by AC/DC, Armand Van Helden, and N.E.R.D., they have produced some really monumental tracks in the last 9 years as a duo. Make sure you buy your tickets, this event WILL SELL OUT! And make sure to get there early, opening for Crookers will be INTO THE AM’s own French-disco duo, SLDGHMR cruising all the way out from Miami, with Crunch Theory and Woodholly!

If you can’t make it to the Crookers event in Orange County, make sure you hit up Avalon to check out the stacked lineup with a headliner who needs no introduction to the Los Angeles crowd, 12th Planet is taking over Control on Friday! Growing up in Los Angeles, 12th Planet was immersed into the entire scene and culture of underground electronic dance music, and that’s when he started to produce his own tracks. Producing dubstep under both 12th Planet and his Infiltrata names, he quickly became a phenomenon in dance music. He has traveled all around the world touring in London, Australia, New Zealand, and across the US. He’s played at festivals such as Coachella, Together as One, SXSW, EDC, and Ultra. Make sure you check out the dubbed “American Dubstep King” when he hits his hometown of Los Angeles, you know without a doubt he’s going to bring more than just a show!

Exchange LA and Insomniac are bringing Los Angeles another incredibly talented producer to the decks of the renovated stock exchange when they bring Joachim Garraud to the decks! Joachim is known for his energetic sets, using images to go with his sounds, as well as the keyboard, and for his setting in scene.Known for his many collaborations with other DJs and musicians like David Guetta or Jean-Michel Jarre he moderates a weekly radio show on Radio FG that plays a new mix (Zemixx) each week to its listeners before making it available on his Podcast. He is also the Co-founder of various labels: Gum Productions, Prod Public Garden, and Gum Records. Make sure to check him out when he hits the decks of Exchange LA this Saturday!
