I'm a slender guy- 6'2 175lbs and I had a hard time with the sizing/fitment. The large fit me in the sleeves, but was way too loose in the midsection. I returned it for a medium. The medium fit me in the midsection, but the sleeves were too short. The quality seems good, but lesson learned. I will stick to the t-shirts (which fit me perfectly).
