INTO THE AM is known for creating apparel that looks good and feels great. At Gainful, what philosophy guides your product development?

Jahaan: I think the best products are the ones that quietly become part of your routine. Whether it's a T-shirt you instinctively reach for every morning or the protein you make after every workout, the goal is the same: remove friction and make consistency easier.

At Gainful, we spend a lot of time thinking about how people actually use our products day to day, not just how they look on a label.

Both brands seem to emphasize quality over gimmicks. Why is that important today?

Jahaan: Consumers are incredibly informed. They read ingredient lists, reviews, and labels. They know when a product is built around marketing instead of substance. We've found that being transparent and focusing on clean, high-quality ingredients creates much stronger long-term relationships with customers than chasing trends.

The same idea applies to apparel. A well-made shirt with a great fit gets worn over and over again. A supplement that delivers a great experience becomes part of someone's daily routine. Longevity beats novelty.

Fitness isn't just about what happens in the gym anymore. How do you think about wellness more broadly?

Jahaan: The workout is only one piece of the equation. Recovery, sleep, hydration, nutrition, and consistency all matter just as much. You don't have to be a professional athlete to benefit from taking care of yourself.

Most of our customers are busy professionals, parents, students, or people simply trying to feel healthier and have more energy.

That's why we focus on making products that fit into real life rather than expecting people to build their lives around complicated nutrition plans.

INTO THE AM customers care about looking and feeling their best. How does nutrition fit into confidence?

Jahaan: Confidence comes from keeping promises to yourself. Every workout completed, every healthy meal, and every good night's sleep builds momentum. Nutrition supports that process by helping you recover, fuel your body, and stay consistent over time.

There's no magic product that replaces good habits, but the right nutrition can make those habits easier to maintain. That's where we try to help.

What advice would you give someone who wants to improve their health but feels overwhelmed by all the options?

Jahaan: Start simple. You don't need ten supplements, a complicated diet, or a perfect workout plan. Focus on the fundamentals: eat enough protein, stay hydrated, sleep well, and exercise consistently. Those basics will take you much further than chasing the latest trend.

From there, choose products from brands that are transparent about what's inside and why it's there. If you understand what you're putting into your body, you're much more likely to stick with it.

What's next for Gainful?

Jahaan: Our mission has always been to make clean, effective nutrition more approachable. We're continuing to improve our products, expand our lineup, and make it easier for people to find options that fit their goals and preferences.

At the end of the day, whether it's premium apparel or premium nutrition, we're both solving a similar problem: helping people feel more confident in themselves.

When great products remove friction and become part of someone's everyday routine, that's when you've really created something valuable.
