Astronaut shirts from INTO THE AM fit a concert, a casual Friday or a night spent staring at the sky, with hand-drawn space art on soft, tailored tees.
Astronaut Shirts for Concerts and Festivals
The neon ones, all hot pink and electric blue, were basically made for stage lights. Black jeans or black shorts. Done. A handful are printed with glow ink, too, so when the house lights cut out before the headliner, the shirt lights up. More picks are in the guide to the best graphic tees for festivals.
Astronaut Tees for the Office and Everyday Wear
Casual Friday is tricky with graphic tees. A grayscale astronaut usually gets a pass. Try it under a bomber, or a soft blazer if the office leans dressy, with chinos. Weekend? Dark jeans and white sneakers. Space is a subject almost nobody finds strange, which makes these easy to wear just about anywhere.
Space Shirts for Planetarium Trips, Launch Viewings and Gifts
Planetarium date. Driving out to watch a rocket launch. A space museum with the kids. An astronaut shirt fits all of it. It's also an easy gift for the person who follows every mission and owns a telescope. See the guide to graphic tees to gift for more ideas.
Fit and Fabric
The fabric's a soft 60/40 combo of combed ring-spun cotton and polyester. Fit runs slimmer than what you'd grab at a big-box store, shaped at the shoulders and arms, easier lower down. Need more room? One size up. Most come in S to 4XL, while the vintage-wash ones are cut loose and stop at 3XL.
Because the phthalate-free ink soaks into the cotton instead of sitting on top, the stars and helmets don't flake off after a few washes.
